You speak to an attorney directly at all times from intake to completion, and not just a paralegal.  We are not a firm where you speak to an attorney in the beginning and never hear from him again or you get a different attorney than the one you signed up with

We are at your beacon call 24/7.  Once you sign up with our firm you will get the personal cell phone number of the attorney representing your case.  If you get arrested at 2 in the morning and you need an attorney to answer. Consider it done.

We take a unique approach.  Our competitors are not other law firms.  We are in a class of our own.   Most of the time our  clients have never had to deal with an attorney before.  This means it is their first experience.   Our biggest competitors are companies such as Amazon, Starbucks and American Express who give excellent customer service.  One way we do this is have a picture with your file to personalize and humanize your case.  You are not just a number or a file at PLG law.
